How can I cancel and/or change items in my order?
You can cancel and/or change items in an order until the order is delivered to the shipping company by contacting customer service via the website or by emailing info@hbdeadsea.co.il.
How can I track the shipment?
Upon delivery of the shipment to the courier company, the tracking number will be updated in the order details and sent to the email address updated in the order.
