* Home delivery service to all parts of the country. Delivery is made the next business day from the moment the order is confirmed by the credit company, on business days only and with the exception of remote settlements** where arrival times are up to 7 business days. The business day ends at 1:00 PM.

List of remote settlements/areas: Eilat, Arava settlements, and settlements beyond the Green Line.

*Please note - during periods of special promotions on the site, holidays and special events, there may be delays in delivery.

* Memorial Day and Independence Day are days of rest and therefore no deliveries will be made on these days.

Delivery times:
After receiving and confirming the order, the package will be sent to you on the next business day* (depending on the type of pickup, home delivery/work delivery) from the date the order was placed on the website.

Order Tracking:
After placing an order on the site, you will be sent an order confirmation by email, after which you will be able to track the order status at any given moment by logging into "My Account" under the "My Orders" tab.

Returns or transaction cancellation

  • Returns and transaction cancellations will be made in accordance with what is stated on this site, including the site regulations, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law 5741 1981, including regulations under it. Returns will be made within 30 days of the date of purchase of the products.
  • The customer may cancel a transaction in one of the following ways: by phone, by e-mail, on the Internet at a designated link on the main page by providing a written notice of cancellation of the order in any of the means of communication indicated above and detailed below. In the cancellation notice, the customer must specify his name and order number and, if the cancellation notice was delivered by phone - provide an additional identifier.
  • A customer may cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product or receiving a confirmation message with the order details as required by law, whichever is later. A product as stated may be returned via registered mail. Notwithstanding the above, a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant may cancel a transaction within four months of the date of its execution, from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the tax invoice and this explanatory page with the transaction details as required by law, whichever is later, provided that the transaction engagement includes a conversation between the company and the customer as stated (including a conversation via electronic communication). The company will be entitled to request from the above customer a certificate, as specified by law, proving that he is a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, as the case may be. Transaction cancellation and refunds will be possible only with the credit card with which the purchase was made. In the event of cancellation of a transaction due to a defect, an inspection will be carried out with the customer and, if necessary, a date for collecting the product will be coordinated. Refunds will be made in accordance with legal provisions.

  • In the event of a transaction cancellation/refund after receipt of the shipment, the customer will not be entitled to a refund for shipping fees paid by him (to the extent paid).

Transaction cancellation by Health & Beauty
Your order may not be processed if, after completing your purchase, the product you selected is out of stock, or if your credit card details or your full details were not entered into the system. In each of these cases, customer service will contact you.
